Is the reflection I see in the mirror who I am, or just the taxi that carries "me" around?  As a TG journalist for a host of magazines I have explored this and many other ideas along the detour that has become my life. Being transgender is by far the most confused, conflicted, distracting and yet amazing journey I have ever encountered thus far.

Now that I am back in NYC I look forward to actively bringing new and exciting content to

What a Difference a Decade Can Make

When I first came truly “out” in 2000, many transsexual women were still living in stealth; hordes of cross-dressers were still in the closet, and those that were out had mostly confined there occasional Girl’s Night Out(s) to cross-dressing parties.

Chasing Tranny

He stays in the shadows surveying the CD meat like a lion on the prowl, only to then claim to be a vegetarian.

She crossed her silky legs to reveal a feminine shape that made his heart pound so loud he thought everyone in the club would hear. Like an animal in heat he yearned to be close to her, to ravage her with every fiber of his being - to get closer than physically possible. Was it love? No, “it was lust”, he said. The French Girl - Prologue

BedroomMichael opened his eyes slowly, looking around and trying to reacclimatize himself.

The large bed in which he found himself was dwarfed in this grand room. Silk covered the walls, beautiful moldings lined the ceiling and a tapestry like nothing he had ever seen adorned the long wall; so grand in fact that it made the oil paintings that hung on the other walls – each their own master piece -- seem insignificant in its presence.

The strong afternoon sun that burst through the window sliced through the partially closed drapes, forcing him to squint in an effort to protect his eyes. He held his hand up to block the rays like a shield deflecting incoming arrows.  The drapes, he could see, were opulent: appropriate in the bed chamber of royalty.  Not that he actually knew what a royal bed chamber would look like, but he assumed this would be it.
